Welcome to Lunartis Studio. Have Any Question?
On June 6 and 7 2025 Warsaw celebrated diversity: the International Days series of events begins. The June edition will focus on Uzbekistan and the Silk Road. The program includes a photo exhibition, a demonstration of Samarkand arts and crafts, music, a film screening, and an oriental cuisine tasting.
Warsaw is a space for intercultural dialogue. The International Days series of events begins in June – a mini-festival organized by the Teal House Foundation and Lunartis. This is a new educational and cultural initiative aimed at building bridges between the diverse communities living in the capital.
International Days are meetings that, through culture and art, enable Warsaw residents to get to know each other – both those born here and those who have chosen Warsaw as their place of residence. At the heart of the project is the belief that culture is a universal language of communication, regardless of origin or language. June Edition – Uzbekistan and the Silk Road
The main theme of the first edition will be Uzbekistan and the heritage of the Silk Road. During the event, guests will be invited to join them in discovering the traditions of Central Asia.
The program includes the photography exhibition “Silk Road” by William Gagnadoux, a French photographer who has lived in Poland for a decade, depicting the daily lives of ethnic minorities in Asia and Europe. The exhibition opening will take place on June 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Prześwit – Collective Cultural Institution at 39 Freta Street in Warsaw. The exhibition will be open to the public until June 11.
The opening evening of the International Days series will also include: presentations of art and costumes from Samarkand by Laziza Nikolaeva, a lecture by Igor Stroyetsky, historian and descendant of Leon Barshchevsky – a Polish researcher of the Emirate of Bukhara, a show of archival photos from the 1930s, live oriental music performed by Mashxurbek Kozimjonov, and a tasting of Central Asian cuisine.
